Every DoorGlow light is covered for 12 months from delivery against defects and failure in normal use — including LEDs that stop working and designs that fade.
What's covered
- A light that stops turning on.
- Flickering or dimming.
- A projected design that fades or blurs.
What's not covered
- Damage from incorrect installation, modification, or forcing a light into the wrong housing.
- Accident or impact damage.
- Lights bought from other sellers.
How to claim
Contact us with your order number, which door, and a short video of the problem. We'll ship a replacement light free of charge.
