Free US shipping on every order

Every DoorGlow order ships free to US addresses. No minimum.

How long it takes

• Processing: 1–2 business days to prepare your order.
• Transit: 7–12 business days with tracking.
• Your estimated arrival date is shown on every product page and in your cart before you check out.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays. Orders placed on a weekend start processing the next business day.

Tracking

You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also check it any time on our Track order page.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only (including APO/FPO addresses). Shipping to PO boxes may take longer.

Problems with delivery

If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, or your package arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we'll sort it out.
