No returns needed — ever

You never have to ship your DoorGlow lights back. If something isn't right, we fix it with a replacement or a refund.

Faulty or doesn't fit? Free replacement

If a light arrives faulty, stops working, or the set doesn't fit the car you selected, we'll send a replacement free of charge. Keep the original — no return needed.

Contact us with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem (for fit issues, a photo of your factory door light helps). If your car needs a different set, we'll send the right one.

Changed your mind? 30-day refund

Within 30 days of delivery, contact us with your order number and we'll refund you in full — no need to send the lights back. Prefer a different design instead? We can send that rather than a refund.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Warranty

Every DoorGlow light is covered for 12 months from delivery against defects and failure in normal use — including LEDs that stop working and designs that fade.

What's covered

A light that stops turning on.
Flickering or dimming.
A projected design that fades or blurs.

What's not covered

Damage from incorrect installation, modification, or forcing a light into the wrong housing.
Accident or impact damage.
Lights bought from other sellers.
